RTIL World Youth Day - 15 July to 9 August 2023

From 1st to 6 August 2023, Portugal will organise the World Youth Day.
More than 2 million of young people are expected.
At this occasion, the Portuguese authorities (GNR and PSP) will set up the cross-border exchange of information by police authorities on a real-time basis.
The railway police authorities, from France and Spain, are kindly requested to participate by submitting corresponding real-time information during the period of time from 15 July to 9 August 2023 to:

Information is required about:
- Identified travel movements of participants to Portugal,
- Number of identified participants travelling by train,
- Travel routes, departure time, arrival time
- Behaviour of identified participants,
- Lugage and equipment if need.
In addition, the Portugese authorities (GNR and PSP) will submit information about returning participants, if available.
